Voting Rights Virtual Teach-In

On Wednesday, May 5, at 6:00 PM EST, Congresswoman Nikema Williams (GA-05) will host a voting rights virtual teach-in focused on HR1, HR4 and the ramifications of SB202. Joining Congresswoman Williams is an expert panel of federal, state and local leaders: Majority Whip James E. Clyburn, Rep. Terri Sewell, Rep. John Sarbanes, Georgia State Rep. Bee Nguyen, Fulton County Commissioner Khadijah Abdur-Rahman and ACLU of Georgia Executive Director Andrea Young. The panel will discuss the work Congress is doing to protect voting rights and next steps for keeping members of the community engaged in the democratic process.
