WASHINGTON – Today, Congresswoman Nikema Williams (GA-05) was officially sworn in for her second term as United States Representative for Georgia’s Fifth Congressional District. 

Congresswoman Williams (GA-05) said: 

“It is the honor of my life to once again serve Georgia’s Fifth Congressional District. I am ready to build on my Congressional success by protecting abortion rights, strengthening voting rights, and continuing to center the needs of those most marginalized in our communities. We have many fights ahead, but my constituents know that I will never back down on our values in the pursuit to bring the promise of America within reach for everyone—no matter your ZIP Code, no matter your bank account.”

Congresswoman Nikema Williams proudly serves Georgia’s Fifth Congressional District. Congresswoman Williams serves on the exclusive Financial Services Committee and the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
