Sign up for the CHild Tax Credit Before Nov. 15th

Time is running out to register for Child Tax Credit! The deadline to sign up is November 15th. Find out how to register and learn more about the Child Tax Credit at ChildTaxCredit.gov.

If you are not automatically receiving monthly Child Tax Credit payments, the deadline to sign up is November 15. If you are eligible for the Child Tax Credit but don’t sign up for advance monthly payments by the November 15 deadline, you can still claim the full credit of up to $3,600 per child by filing your taxes next year.

An estimated 77,000 Child Tax Credit payments were sent to 124,000 qualifying children in the Fifth Congressional District last month. The average tax credit payment for everyone in Georgia was $425 so you definitely don’t want to miss out!
